Book My Property is a digital property portal and real estate consulting service based in Lahore, Pakistan. We market, list, and review residential plots, luxury villas, and commercial real estate (including popular projects like Central Park, Lake City, and LDA City).

  • We act as a professional intermediary.
  • Unless explicitly stated, we do not own or construct the housing schemes listed on this platform.

2. Accuracy of Real Estate Content

The Pakistani property market moves quickly. While we work tirelessly to keep our property descriptions, blog insights, and pricing tables accurate:

  • All payment plans, "own" premium rates, and plot availabilities displayed on this site are for educational and informational purposes only.
  • Final property pricing and legal availability must always be verified directly with an authorized Book My Property agent or the respective housing society’s official management before any financial commitments are made.

3. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on bookmyproperty.com.pk—including our custom real estate blogs, marketing taglines, site graphics, custom imagery, and website layout—is the exclusive property of Book My Property. Copying, republishing, or scraping our text and media for use on competing real estate portals without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

When interacting with our portal or our property consultants, you agree to:

  • Provide genuine and accurate contact information (Name, Phone number, Email) when requesting call-backs or plot maps.
  • Use our platform strictly for lawful real estate browsing, investing, or listing purposes.
  • Avoid any attempts to bypass or cut out assigned Book My Property consultants to intentionally evade agreed-upon corporate real estate commissions.

5. Legal Safe Harbor

Real estate investments carry inherent market risks. Book My Property, its owners, and its operating team shall not be held liable for sudden shifts in market pricing, project development delays by private developers, or legal disputes arising directly between independent buyers and sellers. We advise all investors to conduct personal legal due diligence alongside our consulting expertise.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed entirely by the federal laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the provincial regulations of Punjab. Any legal disagreements or disputes will be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
